The property is well maintained, the rooms are huge, and full sized fridge with kitchen facilities is great when on a longer trip. Also had free laundry facilities for guests. The breakfast daily was simple but good. There is a fully stocked supermarket just around the corner.

The staff were attentive. The hotel is simple yet clean and offers good value for money. It was by far the biggest room that we stayed in our office 4 rooms in 3 cities. The area is not the tourist centre but with grab this isn't a problem at all. Furthermore there are some great street food options nearby.

Great apartment for a family stay with enough space to not be on top of each other. Was great to have a kitchen and washing machine too. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much. In a relatively quiet location for Ho Chi Minh but very easy to get a cab to district 1.

While not in the centre of the city step out the door and you are in real Vietnam. We loved walking past the school and being waved at by the children. Use the Grab app (local Uber) to get a cab into the historic centre. Room was v large with kitchen, lounge area and a washing machine.

The room was very well equipped and comfortable, kitchen was great , all the cooking utensils you need. The room was clean and very modern, the bed is firm not hard but definitely not soft. The staff were very professional and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place!
