Quieter location than district 1 so make sure you do everything you need to do from there at the same time. The property is well maintained, the rooms are huge, and full sized fridge with kitchen facilities is great when on a longer trip. Also had free laundry facilities for guests. The breakfast daily was simple but good. There is a fully stocked supermarket just around the corner.

While not in the centre of the city step out the door and you are in real Vietnam. We loved walking past the school and being waved at by the children. Use the Grab app (local Uber) to get a cab into the historic centre. Room was v large with kitchen, lounge area and a washing machine.

Good value for money apartments with decent facilities for the price. Rooms are comfortable with all essential amenities.Breakfast is very basic but meets the needs. Central location in District 3.

The room was very well equipped and comfortable, kitchen was great , all the cooking utensils you need. The room was clean and very modern, the bed is firm not hard but definitely not soft. The staff were very professional and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment for a family stay with enough space to not be on top of each other. Was great to have a kitchen and washing machine too. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much. In a relatively quiet location for Ho Chi Minh but very easy to get a cab to district 1.
